To make all correspondence easier every case gets an individual ticket-number to keep it in our system. It also makes it easier to keep track of the process for all of our support staff.

Something not right with your order, tracking number and delivery?

RETURNS
No one likes returns and we want to make it as smooth as possible for you to return the goods.
Just make sure the product is unused  and all tags are still on and the shoebox still looking fresh.
Email Rebecka and her staff at returns@solestory.se and they will help you with all the details.
Provide them with order number, what product its about and when you are ready to send it and they will get the process started.

CLAIMS
Ouch, something happened, let’s get this sorted right away.
