What is Solemates and how do I register?
being a Solemate is something special for us. We will consider you as part of the family.
All your stuff collected in one place, orderinfo, package-tracking, keeping your points under control and your own Sole-library.
If you fill out the size info we will only show the products that is available in your size.
Best part, it’s basically a one-click set up using your Facebook or Twitter-account.
The more you points you collect, the easier life gets. Starting with some freebies and going all the way to a headstart on releases and those extra Soleletters.

What currencies can I use?
It all depends on where you live, the payment systems handles all the currency exchange automatically.
We show prices in Swedish kronor, Euros and US dollars.
How fast is your shipping?
Just like Russ Westbrook on the fast break…
For shipments in Sweden we use DHL and they deliver to you within 2-4 business days.
For packages in Europe, DHL Express gets it done within 2-5 business days.
The rest of the world will have their orders delivered with DHL within 2-10 days depending on where you are.
We need your order to be placed before 14:00 AM Swedish time (GMT +1) to be able to send it out the same day.
No problem, just send an email to Anna and her staff at email@example.com with your order number, what product you need to return and when you are ready to send it and we will help you. We are more than willing to exchange it another product costfree. If you want to return the product and get your money back, no problem. We will deduct the shipping fee (same as the shipping cost to your country) from your amount. We dont reimburse any shipping or bill charges.
Please note that the product needs to be in unused-condition and that goes for the shoebox too.
If the product is used we cannot accept the return. If the shoebox is damaged we will charge you 300SEK/40EUR/40USD.
Be careful when sending your package back to us, you can always use our shipping-bag that we delivered in, just remove the white tape on the inside of the tab to close the bag.
When we have recived your package we will help you out within 7 days.
Where is your warehouse?
We send all orders out from the beautiful city of Gothenburg in the southern part of Sweden.
